Final Days: Over $2,200 in Cash Back Available from Sears and Kmart

Yes, you read it right. Sears and Kmart. And yes, the programs are still around. They are, in fact, our favorite retailers to spend money at for the simple fact that there are ALWAYS promotions. We’ve been loyal Sears and Kmart shoppers now for over three years and because of all the deals we haven’t spent a dime on many household goods for those three years.

From now until October 6th, if you stacked every deal on the Sears and Kmart websites you could earn well over $2,200 in cash back from purchases. That doesn’t even take in to account all of the TopCashBack portal bonuses and other shopping portal bonuses that you can get. Let’s take a look at some of the deals currently underway and how you can take advantage.

Shop Your Way

First, a quick overview of the Sears and Kmart loyalty program Shop Your Way. We’ve written extensively on the SYW program in the past, especially their Uber partnership where you can earn between $2-5 back per ride that you take, simply by connecting your accounts.

Points can be redeemed down to the penny, so 100 points is 1 cent.

The Shop Your Way points that you earn from these promotions are issued in installments. The larger ones come in 12 month increments (1/12 of the points issued each month, and valid for 30 days). Some of the smaller ones are in as little as 3 installments, or just issued all at once. See the “*” for all the details.

Double Stack Discounts and Miles

Right now the British Airways Avios eStore is offering 6 avios per dollar on Sears.com purchases. We took advantage of the Lawn promo and the Auto promo, netting us (on top of the free money) over 4,900 avios. That’s not a bad haul!

If you’re more interested in cash back, TopCashBack has a sweet 8% cash back on all purchases. All of the deals are listed on TCB’s website, so they’re valid to earn cash back. If you don’t have Top Cash Back you can sign up and get a $15 bonus on your first purchase. We will as well, and for that, we thank you!

So, what are you buying from Sears during this massive sale?

    • That’s what everyone has been saying for the past 6 years. Milk it until it’s gone!

        • Dr of Credit and every news outlet on the planet. Shop your Way is different from Sears, so I am curious to see what becomes of it. Bankruptcy is never a once and done thing, it’s always a process, but it’s an interesting development indeed.
