Most US Cities to Hawaii for $301 Round Trip!
Round Trip flights from Most major cities in the USA to Hawaii for $300 round trip. What more needs to be said?
Vacation time in the USA is about as scarce as it comes, but I know you’re sitting on two weeks of unused vacation. Your kids want to go on vacation, your spouse wants to go on vacation, but dammit it’s so expensive sometimes, right?
Here you go. $300, round trip, from the USA to Hawaii and back. The dates are pretty open, they seem to run from April to October and cover a TON of cities… here’s a small list from SecretFlying, you might find more:
Albuquerque/Boston/Fort Lauderdale/Austin/El Paso/Indianapolis/Milwaukee/Nashville/Oklahoma City/Omaha/Raleigh/San Antonio/St. Louis/Tucson/Atlanta/Detroit/Las Vegas/Orlando/Kansas City/Seattle/Minneapolis/Oakland/San Jose/San Francisco/San Diego/Denver/Portland/Austin/San Antonio/Phoenix/Fort Lauderdale/Sacramento/Atlanta/Salt Lake City, USA
The flights seem to be good for the four major airports on the island. Honolulu (HNL), Maui Kahului (OGG), Kona (KOA) and Lihue (LIH). Here’s an example of a Delta flight, nonstop from Seattle. If you wanted to make it even cheaper, you can choose basic economy, but for $30 benefits outweigh the savings.
We don’t know how long this sale is going to be around, but it’s been running all weekend. If you’re considering waiting to ask your spouse, your mother, your friends, or your therapist, screw all that. Just go ahead and book the flights.
How to Book
We’ve started booking our flights through Momondo US Search Flights. You can go to each individual website, but by gong to an aggregator, you can see all the options on all the airlines, perhaps one you wouldn’t have thought of before.
Where to Stay?
Our four favorites:
Honolulu = Hilton Hawaiian Village. There’s tons of rooms, lots of space, and if you’ve got kids the activities will keep them busy.
Maui = Marriott Hotels & Resorts Wailea Beach Resort. Quiet, Romantic, and awesome food selection.
Lihue = Sheraton Kauai. We were just there in November and the stay was flawless. It’s one of the best beachfront properties that won’t cost you an arm and a leg.
Kona = Courtyard King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel. It’s not pretentious and it’s got a small private beach for you to relax. The kids can swim too, and it’s a great launching pad for exploring the island.
