British Airways Spring Sale: $100 off economy and premium economy, $200 off business and first
British Airways has really been on a roll to start 2019. They started off the year with £100 flights to celebrate the company’s 100th anniversary. Since then, we’ve seen their Luxury Sale offering discounted business class and first class fares, a new business class suite, and a double Avios promotion. Talk about a busy few months.
The only gripe about the deals for our US readers (if there was one) is that all the flights originated in London. Thankfully, British Airways is here with a deal for our US readers.
For the next two days, British Airways is offering $100 off economy and premium economy fares over $500. They’re also offering $200 off business class and first class fares over $1,500.
The deal is only valid for flights booked before midnight EST on April 18th (tomorrow). Flights must be booked for travel between June 1 and September 30.
How to book
Enter your desired destination and dates and go through the booking process just like you normally would. On the second page of the booking process, click on the “Use promotion code or eVoucher” link.
That will redirect you to another screen that looks like this:
Select the promotion code or eVoucher option and enter the promo code SPRING100 for economy and premium economy flights or SPRING200 for business class and first class. If you’ve done it correctly, the screen will update to show the discount. Then proceed with the rest of the booking process and you’re all set. Pretty easy, right?
The deal is only valid on British Airways marketed and operated flights. Unfortunately, this means the promotional codes will not work on codeshares.
Also, the deal only works if you’re signed into your British Airways Executive Club account before booking. If you’re not already a member, it’s free and only takes a few minutes to join on BA’s website.
On another positive note, it looks like this promo is stackable with the Double Avios promotion, so this is a nice chance to double dip.
While this deal won’t apply to everyone, it’s still nice to have an option to save $100 or $200 on flights.
