Now Serving: Cocktails at 35,000 feet
Ever wish you could have your favorite mixed drinks even when flying, instead of being stuck with normal run of the mill simple drinks? Well, I’m glad you’re with me. I recently came across these lovely little gems that allow one to mix their own drinks using the airline’s alcohol – making it totally FAA compliant – and helping one enjoy a more elevated cocktail experience on board, even when you’re not flying on a premium cabin.
Moscow Mules are one of the trendiest drinks out there right now, but good luck trying to get Suzanne from United to make one for ya! This way, you just add vodka, and you’re good to go! The Moscow mule comes complete with ginger syrup, gigger, bar spoon and linen coaster. Just because you’re at 35,000 feet it doesn’t mean you can’t keep it classy. Make sure to share with your seat mate. *Copper mug not included.
Fancy a Bloody Mary? We got you covered. Ditch the crappy canned mix that they gave you, because you’re better than that. This kit comes with everything including rimming salt and mini pickles. Once again, add vodka and enjoy.
Not feeling your best during this trip? No need to cancel your reservations. You just need a Hot Toddy! This kit comes with ginger syrup, cinnamon sticks, lemon packets, a fancy bar spoon and linen coaster. Guaranteed to make you feel better during your trip, or at least forget you’re flying in row 28, middle seat.
Other options also include Old Fashioned, Gin & Tonic and Champagne Cocktail kits, and all of them are round-trip, so you get two drinks minimum. They also offer frequent flier options for those who fly (and drink) a lot.

Suzanne doesn’t have to make it – it’s already made! And, it’s nice and tangy. As a 1K I have had success in obtaining a bottle as my complimentary drinky (when I have the misfortune to be in coach on a long trip like SEA-SFO)
