We used Orbitz to book our flight, and even got a 24 hour cancellation guarantee. Ticket number was issued right away. Check all the different online travel agencies that show up and you can find one that still works. Some don’t show the correct pricing, but if at first you don’t success, try, try, try, change, pray, try, and try again.
Don’t forget to look at all the cities for departure (not just Chicago) and check the other European destinations as well.

Took me several attempts through TAP, Expedia and Priceline.
Priceline worked like a charm. All booked to Dublin. R/T business class for $288.

I booked out of IAD. This morning I went on line with TAP and selected my seats. This evening TAP sent me an email telling me they canceled the trip and would not honor the fare.
