FARE SALE: Weekend Deals from all Major Cities
Last weekend was particularly generous for fare sales as we saw dozens of national and international sales pop up. This weekend is not disappointing either, with great cross country deals from $100 and international deals for only a couple hundred more.
Cartagena to New York (vice versa) business class for $652
Starting out with a bang, Avianca is offering a business class flight from NYC to Cartagena. This deal is good throughout the entire schedule from October until August of next year.
Chicago to Paris, $338
Deals like these don’t come along every week (but recently, they have!). From the Windy City to the City of Lights. The deal’s good from January to March, and is on United’s nonstop flights.
Los Angeles to Tokyo, Non Stop, $397
November and December are an interesting time in Tokyo. The weather is hit or miss, but the tourists have largely decided to head off to warmer climates. This makes the city ripe for exploring and the hotels/flight are a lot cheaper. Here’s a deal for under $400 round trip on ANA and United.
Miami to Zurich, Switzerland for under $390
This is the second week in a row that we’ve seen super low fares to Switzerland. Apparently they really want to get you to go visit! Since the fare is valid throughout July of 2018, go ahead and get some winter skiing on or perhaps even some early summer fun. You can’t even fly to Vail or Aspen for that price from Miami. Dust off that passport and get going.
Seattle to NYC, $239
For only $119 each way you can fly from Seattle to New York City. The schedule is pretty open, but it looks like the fare right now is on Alaska and American. Considering the fact the route is also served by United, Delta, and JetBlue, it’s not surprising to see the fares so low.
Philly to Orlando, from only $48?
Ok, this one is ridiculous, and yes, it’s a basic economy fare (read, no luggage, no preassigned seat, no benefits, etc) but if all you’re looking to do is get on a plane, go somewhere warm, and you’ve got a backpack with a couple swimsuits and a dream, then this is for you. Literally, for the cost of a nice lunch you can go to Florida and escape the dreary Philly winter.
If I were you I would go ahead and book this without even asking from permission from work. Worst case scenario, you lost $48, but best case you’re getting some sun for a weekend.
