Fare Alert – Los Angeles to Tel Aviv Business Class for $1600 RT

Welcome back to travel, y’all! Deals are coming around more and more now, so expect to see us let you know when something pops up that catches our eye, especially for Business Class and First Class flights.

Right now there’s a screaming deal from Los Angeles to Tel Aviv on OneWorld carriers British Airways and FinnAir for less than $1700.

I don’t expect this to last very long, so if you have plans to visit Israel, go ahead and get this booked right away.

The Deal

Thanks to our friends over at Notiflyer, a great site to find discounted business and economy fares, we got this recent deal.

Fly in Business Class from Los Angeles to Tel Aviv on either British Airways or Finnair for anywhere between $1630-$1730, depending on your dates.

Some dates have double connections (first in the US and then on to Europe/Israel) and other dates are one stop with longer layovers. Depending on the date you choose will change the fare.

Use Google Flights to search out the dates that offer the low fares. Know that the best fare seems to be booking through Finnair codeshare or Finnair’s own flights.

What’s Finnair Business Class look like?

We haven’t had the chance to fly Business Class on Finnair yet, but it looks sharp. On their A350 product, they use a 1-2-1 configuration and every seat has direct aisle access. The flight from Helsinki to Tel Aviv is on an A320 product, so expect a standard Euro Business offering.

Remember the Rules of Discounted Fares

The cardinal rule for all discounted, sale, mistake, etc fares, is buy first and schedule later. Get the ticket booked NOW. Get your wife/husband/sibling/child’s tickets booked NOW. Then, call them tomorrow and ask if they want to go.

Remember you have 24 hours to cancel with no penalty, but this fare could be pulled at any time. Best to ask later, buy first.

Head over to Google Flights and start searching for your dates, starting in March. Good luck!

  1. This fare has been around for the past several weeks, so I doubt it’s a mistake fare.

  2. It was actually only $1400s for lax-tlv on finnair but that fare expired Jan 19. This is the refiled fare with a slightly higher base fare. Only $200 more so still a good deal. Good chance it gets refiled but this fare lasts through end of Mar.
