Two Months of Unlimited Coffee For Free!
They say there’s no such thing as a free lunch, but what about free coffee? For a limited time, Panera is making that a reality through their MyPanera+ Coffee program. The days are already getting shorter, the sun is rising later, and waking up is getting harder. Might as well make things a little easier with some free coffee.
How to Get Free Coffee
Panera is currently offering free coffee through the end of the year through their MyPanera+ coffee subscription program. To take advantage of this offer, you’ll need to sign up for a MyPanera account. Once you’ve done that, go to “My Subscriptions”. You’ll see an offer for for unlimited free coffee for a month. Click “Get Free Coffee”. You’ll be taken to another screen to complete your subscription. 
Don’t complete your order yet! If you do, you’ll only get one month of free coffee. Sure, that’s great, but why settle for one month when you can get two?
To get another month of free coffee, you’ll need to clear out the existing promo code and enter a new one. Once you remove the current promo code, update it with the code, “FREETIL2021“. You’ll get a message that says the promo code applied. It should clearly state that the your subscription auto-renews one month from your sign-up date for $0. Right below that, it will tell you the last date of your free coffee (two months from your sign-up date). If you don’t want to keep the subscription after two months, make sure to cancel prior to that date or your credit card will automatically be charged $8.99. At that point, it’s up to you to decide whether you’re still getting more than $8.99 in value.
The Fine Print
This offer is valid through 11/30/2020. While it’s marketed as free coffee through the end of the year, in reality, you can get it even longer than that. The MyPanera+ membership renews on a monthly basis. Because the first renewal comes before the end of the year, you’re automatically renewed for another month for free. I signed up today and my free membership will run until January 23rd.
When it comes to coffee, the customizations are usually pretty limitless. Thankfully, Panera spells out what is and isn’t included in your subscription pretty clearly.
The following are included in your MyPanera+ coffee subscription:
- Hot coffee
- Iced coffee
- Hot tea
- Unlimited refills
- Additions such as milk, skim milk, almond milk, half & half, and sweeteners
Unfortunately, the following are not included:
- Iced tea
- Cold brew
- Espresso and cappuccino beverages
- Extra espresso shots
- Added syrups (such as vanilla and caramel)
Also, don’t worry about having to enter a store. You can get your coffee through any of Panera’s ordering methods including, curbside pick-up, drive-thru, delivery, or rapid pick-up.
Final Thoughts
You had me at free or coffee, but combine the two and I’m absolutely in. Two months of free coffee is just too good of an offer to pass up. Even if you’re not a huge fan of Panera, there’s zero downside to this offer. As long as you cancel before your two months are up, it really is completely free coffee. If you’re not making coffee at home, the costs can add up. Even if you only have one cup a day, we’re talking upwards of $100 per month.
