We’ve got a couple hot dealz for you today (yes, I spelled deals with a “z†– that’s how you know they’re good.)

Today’s first deal comes to us courtesy of Notiflyr . They point out that Icelandair is offering round trip business class from multiple US cities to Iceland starting from just $800. This includes cities on the West Coast.

While Icelandair’s business class is closer to a domestic first class, the extra legroom and padding can make a big difference on an 8 hour flight.

The Deals

Icelandair is currently offering nonstop business class deals from all of their US destinations. Prices generally range from $800-$1,000 depending on the city. In addition, these deals are all for nonstop flights to Reykjavik.a screenshot of a computer screen

By comparison, economy on the same flights is only $200 less. Some airlines (I won’t mention any names, but it may rhyme with Schmamerican) will charge you that much just to select your seat on a transatlantic flight.

If you only care about having business class in one direction, you can knock these fares down to $680.a screenshot of a flight schedule

We don’t know how long these deals will be around, but you can book these tickets through Icelandair’s US website and cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.

The Dates

While availability will vary by city, the deal is generally available from August to October, including Labor Day Weekend. It also looks like there is no minimum stay requirement on this deal.a screenshot of a calendar

Iceland is definitely doable in a long weekend. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to visit Iceland, (Spoiler: you should) here’s how to make the most of your time while you’re there.

Here are a few sample dates for the best deals:

Where to Credit These Flights

These business class flights book into the A fare class. Crediting these flights to Alaska Air’s Mileage Plan would earn 125% of the mileage flown for both redeemable and elite qualifying miles. If you hold status with Alaska, you’d stand to earn even more.a screenshot of a service bonus table

Hopefully, you’re able to snag one of these deals. Stay tuned for more and free to leave any Iceland-related questions in the comments!
