Join us in Chicago for the Frequent Traveler University!
Summer is fast approaching, and for most universities, that means summer break. But we’re going to be teaching at the Frequent Traveler University in Chicago in June, and we’d love to see you there.
Frequent Traveler University is an educational series of seminars devoted to teaching travelers the best way to maximize their frequent flyer miles, hotel points and credit card rewards. It’s taught by many of the industry professionals and bloggers that you know and love:
- Matthew Klint, Live and Let’s Fly
- Rudy Maxa. Rudy Maxa’s World
- Mike Graziano, Make Travel Hacking Great Again
- Lee Huffman, Bald Thoughts
- Us (of course), No Mas Coach
- Jason Steele, The Points Guy
- Kevin Song, The Points Guy
Held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare, the event starts on the evening of May 31st as you arrive to the hotel. If you’re one of the first 75 people to register for the event, you’ll get a dinner at Barnaby’s on the evening of the 31st. Otherwise, we’re going to have an informal gathering of NoMasCoach readers at the hotel bar. Come and chat and share stories, make a friend or two, it’ll do you good!
June 1st the event kicks off and runs from 9-5 on both Saturday and Sunday with a break for lunch. Lunch is provided on both days with your entry fee!
In prior years there have been tons of giveaways and raffles including elite status, amenity kits, subscriptions to online services, etc. Tickets are currently going for $249 for the two days, and I can honestly say that the money that we’ve invested in the past has MORE than made up for itself in what we’ve learned. Right now through May 13th, the code SPRING gets you $25 off of your entrance fee for a cost of $224.
Tickets are limited, and you can register at their website here.
Classes
We’ll be teaching two classes, one of hotel redemption and the other on the power of Alaska Airlines to get you anywhere. Some of the sessions we’re going to attend include:

- Manufactured Spend Techniques
- Using your miles Beyond First Class Flights
- Cashback Portals and Online Shopping
- The Future of Miles and Points
- Mileage Running 2019 and Beyond
