Alaska Airlines offering big discounts with Winter Getaway Sale
Alaska Airlines runs fairly frequent airfare sales, and today’s sale is no different. This one does provide some exceptional value, especially for those who are able to take some short-haul flights or maybe are even considering some end of 2018 or early 2019 mileage running.

These sales are awesome. The best part is the availability for mileage running. You can fly cross country round trip for less than $200. Considering you’ll earn one mile for each mile that you fly (I’m looking at you Delta, American and United…) this makes status earning very easy.
We’ve booked ourselves some mileage runs / weekend trips for February and March of next year. Since February and March are fairly light travel months I don’t anticipate any issues clearing an upgrade to first class either.
