Alaska Airlines offers double miles on Condor Routes
Alaska Airlines has a ton of partners, that you can both earn and redeem miles. In the past year along we’ve seen Aer Lingus, Condor and Singapore Airlines join the team. We also saw the end of Aeromexico, Air France, and KLM (notice a trend there, SkyTeam *cough cough) relationships.
Alaska is strengthening their relationship with Condor over the fall and winter with an awesome double miles promotion!
The Deal
If you fly nonstop to Frankfurt you’ll earn double Mileage Plan miles for Business Class, Premium Economy, and economy class fares. The list of cities is slightly limited (as it limits to West Coast cities serviced by Alaska Airlines) but it’s still generous:
- Anchorage
- Fairbanks
- Las Vegas
- Phoenix
- Portland
- Seattle
- Vancouver, B.C.
If you register your number BEFORE August 31st you can earn on flight from October 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019.
Here’s the official terms and conditions:
Mileage Plan members who register for this promotion before their first qualifying flight will receive double base miles on nonstop Condor flights between Anchorage (ANC), Fairbanks (FAI), Las Vegas (LAS), Phoenix (PHX), Portland (PDX), Seattle (SEA), or Vancouver, B.C. (YVR) and Frankfurt, for travel from October 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019. Double miles are valid on fares booked in Business Class, Premium Economy, Economy Flex, Economy Base, and Economy Promotion. Flights must be marketed and operated by Condor. Mileage for qualifying flights must be credited to the member’s Mileage Plan account. Double miles earned are based on the class of service flown. The percentage earned can be viewed on the Condor partner page. The offer is not valid on free or award travel. Double miles do not count towards Mileage Plan elite status. Double miles will be awarded within four to six weeks of meeting the promotion’s qualifications. All terms and conditions of the Mileage Plan program apply. The offer is subject to change without notice.
Dang. You’re not going to earn double qualifying miles but you will earn double redeemable miles. That means that on a long haul trip in business class you’ll earn 400% miles (and 525% miles as a Gold 75k member).
How’s the product?
We flew Condor just last month, and while we’re working on a trip report, I can say that I was happy with the product and the service. I’m not sure I’d take them on a night flight because the seats are lie flat, but the food was amazing!
How to register
Registering is easy. Just click this link and it’ll take you right to the landing page. Happy flying!

I mean – I suppose you could say that you’re LANDING on October 1st so technically you’re flying on October 1st 🙂 If you fight it with Alaska, I’ll bet they’d give you some bonus miles!
