Newest SeaTac Priority Pass Lounge
One of the great benefits of the myriad of credit cards out there (Chase Sapphire Reserve, Citi Prestige, etc) is that they all come with a Priority Pass membership. Priority Pass has partnerships with over 900 lounges all over the world, and they seem to be adding more every day.
We’re lucky in Seattle that we have tons of airport lounges to choose from, such as the United lounge, and Amex Centurion Lounge, the Delta Sky Club, British Airways Galleries lounge, etc.
Alaska Airlines operates two clubs here in Seattle, and they just opened their newest addition in the North (N) concourse. It’s got the same offerings as their long standing lounge in the D concourse, but it looks a heck of a lot nicer.
The entrance is manned by three lovely employees (who coincidentally I think recognized us) and they accepted our Priority Pass card with no problems. In under 30 seconds we were on our way inside.
Since it rains all the time (not really) in Seattle, they’ve got an awesome waterfall wall, just to make you feel like home on a gorgeous, sunny, NON rainy day.
As you can see, it’s a gorgeous day for a mileage run! #NMCLaborDay.
Food on offer is the standard Alaska board room fare. You’ve got bagels and muffins,
Butternut Squash soup,
And YES YES YES THE PANCAKE MACHINE!!! Seriously, I love this thing. It turns me into a five year old all over again.

Turn back around, and head to the bar to get your fix of drinks. Most drinks are free of charge, so enjoy.
Of course there’s also Starbucks coffee “on tap”
And a restaurant style soft drink machine.
It’s a pretty good lounge for what you’ll need pre flight. I like that it’s not very crowded, and it’s got a decent enough snack and food option. Since we’re flying in first, we don’t need a HUGE selection of offerings now, we’ll be plenty fed over the next few hours.
We don’t have too much time, in fact I’d say we’ve got about 10 minutes before boarding starts, so we’re gonna head over to the gate to get ready to start the first flight of the run. Make sure to follow us on twitter and see all the updates as we get going!

This lounge can get packed like sardines in a can packed. You just got lucky with the timing/day.

Good to know. Usually in SeaTac we use the Centurion Lounge, and that one can get packed too. I’m shocked it WASN’T packed to be honest. It’s a Friday afternoon before Labor Day!
