Because you’re booking this through British’s Vacation scheme (program for those in the states), you won’t be able to use the AARP discount to save an additional $400. But if you really didn’t want to stay there, you could always just use this for the fantastic discount on airfare!

It should also be noted that if you are an Executive Club member and you want to credit your flights to British Airways, you will also earn Bonus AVios for this booking, 2 avios per dollar. These bonus avios are on top of the normal avios and Tier points that you earn from flying. Combine this with the 3 avios per mile earned with the Chase British Airways card and this could end up being quite a lucrative promotion if you want to credit to BA.

Remember you can secure the booking usually with a small discount (in this case just $500). Make sure to get your ducks in a row and JUMP on this deal now, as it literally will be gone in a flash.

Did you manage to snag this deal for over Christmas and New Year’s?
